I purchased a part costing $90 $10 shipping. Part arrived from one of their vendors/yards and it was the wrong part. When I placed my order I made it very clear what part number I needed (as there are 2 variations of the part that are very similar) and they assured me the correct part was being sent; to my amazement they still shipped the wrong part. I jumped though their hoops of filling out their "RA" form and promptly returned the part within the 7 days as required.
Once received, they attemted to locate the correct part for me. They informed me the part I needed was available, but only as part of a larger unit and I would need to pay $90 more. I declined and asked for my money back. My sales person, Crystal, avoided my calls and emails and said she sent me the required form to receive my money back (it was never received) and maybe that I was having email problems. Funny, I have an IT background and not falling for that one.
After numerous calls, at least a dozen, I was finally able to get confirmation that they would return my money. They only returned $62, only part of my initial payment. She said I could dispute with her manager if I would like. Okay sure, I've already invested this much time, don't bother. My best guess is that they deducted a restocking fee and shipping and who knows what else. I also didn't get any reimbursement on shipping back to them for the incorrect part. Are they a total fake, no, but don't expect to be treated fairly if your order goes slightly wrong.
