I ordered a Glock 17 magazine floor plate from topglock.com. The part failed when more than 5-7 rounds were put into the original magazine. I sent the part back with an RMA, at my expense, with a mechanical drawing of the part, and the magazine, indicating the part was just over 0.050" the wrong size. Topglock.com sent me the same part, again. I called and asked how to proceed, and was informed the correct part was a different part number, and that I had ordered the wrong part, and they refused to refund or return the part. The listing I ordered from indicated no specific model or vintage of Glock 17. Regardless, sending the wrong part a second time when the mechanical drawing was provided is extremely poor customer service.
