Don't make the mistake of loosing thousands dealing with this dealership!
Most recently i had the misfortune of dealing with this establishment, They advertise the highest price paid on trades and welcome them. The GM will inspect and test drive your trade in vehicle, he'll return with the appraised value witch may seem reasonable at first, He'll then make an offer to take your vehicle in on a trade against the purchase of a truck or car that's of interest business as usual until you go to close the deal.
By this time in the game the GM informed me that he wasn't going to make enough money on in the transaction and that he wouldn't be able to take a deposit or sign the paper work at the time but he would call me with the details, he was loud confrontational and offensives to say the least, he accused me of lying about a sick family member who died two days later by the way. This guy lied about credit approval, once because he never sent it! Come to find out, the second time he said it was declined? Only to find out that the income info. Submitted was screwed up or changed, I didn't understand why that same lender approved a loan for me just last week? So I called the lender witch then got that straightened out and approved so i think i'm on my way to closing this purchase? WRONG this guy calls me yelling about the fact that i called the lender and so forth, mad i think because i caught him in another lie. He even went so far to say that the other dealership i was dealing with had forged or altered my previous credit application to get it approved. Heres the kicker the guy tells me he's not going to take my trade at the price we negotiated and he committed to, the price was $3,000.00 less and that this was a take it or leave it deal.
I wouldn't do business with this place if your in the truck market, prices are higher than average and the vehicles that come for auction usually have more miles on them than they should for thier year. The salesmen that i was dealing with was straight up with me, i felt his frustration and question the GM on what had taken place, he was apologetic and undeserving of the situation, I felt bad for guy.
