I called them on my dime. Lady answered phone said she had original equipment 1999 mustang front bumper (oem); they sent me one made in taiwan, roc. Very poorly made, does not fit my car.
To make things worse, they have charged me twice on my visa! They will not take it back or credit my visa. Now they put a man on the phone, joe or john, and he tells me to read the website small print! There are at least 15 pages with small print. I called, and verbally ordered from a number I was given. I asked if it was OEM, she said yes. It is not. It is aftermarket, made oversea's and does not fit. OEM costs $450 at dealer for new one, Taiwanese costs $50 for anyone. I wanted their "blemished" OEM model. They charged me $275 each, $550 total, plus $60 for shipping. (Remember, I only ordered one and received one). Why would I need two for my car—I only have 1 car! Con Artists. Crooks. Rip-off people.
Again, to make things worse, they say I ordered two & they say they sent me two (& billed my visa for two)—I received one package from fed-ex with one bumper from taiwan. They are a rip-off! Scam artists! They used to sell used computers under another name, eclipse technology—I heard about this from the man I talked too there (joe or john). They are rip-off con artists. He wanted to send me a used PII computer with Windows 98SE & Office Pro software to make up for their mistake. I said "no thanks". Rip me off, I get even. Screw me, I get MAD.
