Having read some reviews about this company I foolishly believed they would be able to provide a good product at a reasonable price, now it would appears that the reviews were questionable.
I ordered a rear bumper for my car back in May and would have ordered both front and rear but they were not willing to combine/reduce shipping costs if I ordered both (this should have warned me then the type of company I was dealing with).
When the bumper did arrive it only had a few layers of bubble wrap on it and some scraps of cardboard, upon unwrapping it was obvious the part was damaged, I sent them photographs and after many Emails they finally agreed to refund my shipping cost to go towards the repair I had to pay for.
It is now December and I have sent them MANY Emails and only occasionally recieved a response always promising to do something but they never have and i have NEVER recieved my refund.
