Whoa, there's clearly a pattern here. I have been an Orbitz client since July 28... More than 10 years (I've my unique subscription mail).in August of this past year, I bought 4 round-trip unlimited seats. The return provider chose to alter our unique unlimited trip to 1 having a layover. Since I have was touring with two young children, I named Orbitz to stop the routes as it was not what I bought. I had been guaranteed by an Orbitz consultant on 9/28, once they talked using the companies, that I'd be getting a credit for these routes. I quickly rebooked appropriate routes that same time. Fourteen days later I obtained a contact saying that my credit demand was refused. Again, I named Orbitz on 10/11 and again, after their consultant talked using the companies, I'm informed that I ought to be getting a credit for that initial seats. Only recently (2/21), after realizing that I never obtained a credit and sometimes even another e-mail questioning the demand, I called Orbitz. Again, the consultant stated that I ought to have obtained a credit, explained that his program records show I had been informed I'd get a credit, and named the companies who stated they released a credit however it was refused for whatever reason. Then he explained the prior Orbitz consultant "shouldn't have informed you that (I'd get a credit)" and could be moving me to his boss who kept saying the expression "I am unable to do something for you". Main point here, I invested a lot of money rebooking flights in keeping with my initial purchase on the basis of the info Orbitz presented simply to discover later that that the Orbitz consultant "shouldn't have informed you that". I operate a company with 30 people who I'm finally accountable for. If among my team makes a to some client, I follow-through onto it even when it generally does not instantly gain my business. I'll be getting my journey business-as well as people who work with me elsewhere.
