Worst ripoff fraud scheme on earth at thomasville

I am an "insider" salesman who quit thomasville honda due to refusing to partake in the most egregious automotive fraud schemes on earth.

Here is an examle: a false mailer is sent out to poor people and bankrupts. The victim is told that they are "pre approved" for a loan by the direct lending source. The mailer is false-no one is pre-approved-everyone gets the same pre-approval code.

Once the customer comes to the dealer a fraud process known as "chubbing out" or "maxing out" occurs. The salesman is told to withhold material facts such as price and payments until the vulnerable buyer can be "maxed".

Behind the scenes the dealer is calculating the maximum he can get loaned to the customer -once that is determined, then that basically is the price charged. Special cars are acquired and special agreements made with predatory lenders who agree to allow a loan based upon new car values - but the cars pushed to the buyers are heavily depreciated used cars-the predatory lender agrees to lend money for the used car purchase based upon what the car would be worth if it were a new car-decieving the buyer - who believes that the price of the car would be relative to the loan value.

The dealer works hand in hand with predatory lenders to ripoff the vulnerable buyers for from $5000.00 to $10,000 dollars of egregious fraudulent profits before high interest is tacked-on..

There are more and worse aspects to this scheme outlined in my federal suit. This is a well oiled fraudulent machine. I have filed a multi-million dollar rico action in the U.S. District court at tallahassee to stop this horrible criminal enterprize that makes outrageous fraudulent profits - and which threatens to spread west towards california and ripoff thousands more car buyers.
