No customer service / held money for days / delivered damaged goods

My husband and I were in the market for a used SUV. We found one at Huntington Honda. We brought a check for the full amount on a Tuesday and never heard back from the dealership. We called on Friday to see what the deal was and nobody knew. The "financing manager" who took our funds was not available. We called managers and never got a call back. Only after threats did they agree to give us the car on Friday. When the car was picked up it wasn't washed, detailed and the body work on scratches they promised to take care of was not taken care of. I have never been treated so poorly by any company, no less a company that I paid thousands of dollars to for a car. Then they tried to sell us an extended warranty. They have got to be kidding me. If this is how they treat someone, I'll go elsewhere. Save your money and go to another dealer! In this economy, when you're spending thousands of dollars, they should treat you with some respect.
