Watch out for this company. We contacted them, among others, concerning moving our car from CA to TX. They emailed us a quote for $700 and asured us that it was the total cost. I called and spoke with Tiffanee Jackson and she said yes that was the cost.
We agreed to use their company and they said the car could be picked up that Thursday if we acted quickly. She faxed us a pickup authorization and contract with a request for a $225 deposit. We quickly complied, and went about our business. We were extremley busy at the time.
A couple of days latter I was looking over the paperwork and noticed that the price had been increased to $725 without explanation. Realizing that rocking the boat prior to our car being delivered was not a good idea. We sat and waited.
The car was actually delivered as promised, on time, and without dammage. I have no complaints about the service I recieved. But, when I contacted Tiffanee about the increase in the price she became rude and stated simply that she had a signed contract from us and that "I do this every day". That must make an awful lot of extra money for the company.
I would not have pursued this at all except for the rude treatment I recieved. Customer service should continue after the sale. I am disputing the excess $25 with my credit card company. Deposits with brokers should always be made with a credit card. That way you can dispute the charge if something goes wrong.
