Encouraged me to trade in my paid off 1998 Durango for a 2000 after I showed dire concern for brake damage from my neighbor that raped me. The asst. Mgr encouraged me to trade it in for a newer car then subsequently wrote a false statement to the Superior Courts stating I never brought my vehicle in with a concern for my brakes being tamperd with!!!
The Asst Mgr at Tac Dodge, Craig Baxter encouraged us emphatically to purchase a newer vehicle when he noted how concerned I was that I was being harassed and my brakes had went out while driving with 8 children. I also suddenly had intermittent loud noises under my hood that needed to be checked and asked them to evaluate them. When I returned for the report he stated that they found no obvious cuts in the brake line but the vehicle needed nearly $2000 worth of work and really pushed us to talk to his buddy the used car sales man. My husband and I are perfectly capable and just had replaced the brakes pads, brake drums, shocks, tuned it up etc... 3 days before this problem began. The neighbor had made this partcular threat to make holes so small it would be virtually undetectable, and let me tell you... I jumped at the chance to get RID of the 1998 before we all crashed and died. And you know what is strange, they sold it at auction when we traded it in... Why did they when it was worth way more than half the cars in their lot. Unless this MGR knew, as we knew that Scott Lydy DID mess with the brakes and THEY didn't want the liability, and since he's the mgr he lied to us about what he knew Scott did, because he is his friend, as we have come to find out, as he has accepted money from him and his attorney in exchange for the seriously, way out of proportion, false testimony, in the form of a written statement to the Superior Court Judge, which would have prevented Scott from entering my home ever again, but no, Craig wanted to help Scott play his sick rape game. He doesn't care that I have a 14yo, 7yo, 6yo or have had 3 back surgeries and am barely able to push him away. Craig... I feel sorry for your family who has to hug you, love on you... You are enabling a felon. I can't believe you actually contradicted yourself in your staement to the judge and said I never even mentioned the brakes when I brought the Durango in, half way through down the letter. Complete lies. Throw up already.
