A senior in high school on her way to her AWARDS BANQUET an ACCIDENT at the negligence of their Insured.
She should have been enjoying her summer and acheivements instead of looking for a car and trying to pay for it, along with looking for a job at College!!!
Our accident was due to their policyholder's negligence, he at least stopped after causing us to roll and total the car, on an interstate in Canton GA, there was a good 20 witnesses that saw the Ladder and our accident. It has beeen over 30 days, all I have gotten is a voice mail when I send an e-mail to the manager. Madelyn called once to say the car's totaled and we dont want it. Give the wrecker place the title!!! Thats almost the way she stated and in her her words. (PROFESSIONAL)
I thought it might have been important when I showed them pictures, of the vehicle on it's roof all or our posessions scattered across the highway. They said we have to confirm with our Insured, Hey read the paper Watch the news!!!
Well now lets file suit against the policyholder & safeway!
It has over 30 days and 1 letter asking me to complete an accident report, and asking for my Social Security number and my version of the accident after I already sent the police report. A
I explained to them that I had called the claim in with their Insured on 3-way.
Later I called and asked about their insured reporting the claim, I said he speakes limited English, I was informed Safeway has translators, The when I left a message for Laurie regarding status she says Language Barrier is the problem.
The Problem is Safeway is racking in the premiums and not paying claims,
Oxendines needs to strap Large Fines or
We all need to file lawsuits!!!
