Safeway Auto Insurance refuses to pay a cut and dry auto insurance claim the business that doesnt give a damn
In july my husband was struck by someone insured by Safeway Auto Insurance. We have been trying since then to get our vehicle fixed.
It is virtually impossible to get in touch with our claims adjusters, Latonya Threats and Erin Keeting. Every time we call we get their voicemail and they never return our calls.
I have never been so discusted with a company in my life. If you need insurance do not use Safeway. We are considering suing the person that hit my husband, maybe then his insurance company, who he pays to protect him from personal lawsuits will step up to the plate and pay this claim.
