Bought a HMV voucher from living social, received voucher with no code to be able to use on line (code was suppose to comprise of numbers and letters and be 5 seperate parts) have contacted these individuals now 20 times by e-mail, only to have received no satisfactory response they seem unable to give me the correct code and in the most recent e-mail due to the time this has gone on past their 5 day rule no refund will be issued (I did bring this to their attention on the day voucher was received). Can only say stay well away from this site, do not go near them with a barge pole the whole experiance has been a disaster and the frustration of dealing with their non existant customer services is one I will never forget.
