I rented a car from Enterprise on a 9.99 weekend special two years ago. When I arrived they told me the cleaning equipment was broken so the car was dirty and smelled of smoke, it was also an older rental car with over 20,000 miles on it. When I returned the car Enterprise at the Philadelphia Airport noted that there were a couple of dings on the roof.
I told them that I thought they were there when I picked the car up and that the car was not washed when delivered to me. I then recieved a bill for $1,000 dollars. After numerous phone calls and letters Enterprise sent the matter over to a collection agency. I threatened to get a lawyer, just on principle. Have not heard from them lately but who knows. I will not use them again.
