I rented a Compact car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car online for McCarren Airport location Las Vegas. When we picked up the car they gave us a mini car and said that the Chevy Avo would cost more money even though that is what we paid for. The rental was for Dec. 1 returning Dec. 7. We returned the car as usual to the Airport location, the attendant looked it over and said it was fine and signed the sheet stating there was no damage. There was no damage! They know it and I know it!
On December 13 I received a letter stating the car was damaged. I called customer service and they said that the two left tires were damaged and had bubbles coming out of them. They were not damaged. Now they want me to pay to replace the tires. From what I have read on these type of sites this is a typical scam Enterprise tries in order to get extra funds.
Who can I report this to? How can I bring action against them?
