Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise can't get their story straight

On December 26,201, I was driving my rented Kia Soul at my sister's house and scratched the driver's side rear bumper. I immediately called Enterprise to file the claim and was told to pay the $250 insurance deductible at the Sarasota, Florida location where I had rented it.
On December 28, I paid Enterprise my rental feel for the week plus the $250 deductible for the damage, equaling $417.
A couple months ago, I rented a car in my hometown from Enterprise and a couple days later, received a check from Enterprise for $208 with the claim number used for the damage on the Kia Soul.
I am now receiving letters, phone calls, and e-mails from Christine McCorkle saying that I owe Enterprise $250 for the same damage from 2010. I have left several messages and e-mails to Ms. McCorkle, but have never spoken to her directly.
I even called Enterprise directly asking about the possibility of a scam. They said that after the payment of $417 I made in the Sarasota location debited my card. I contacted my credit card company and there was no refund on my card at all. I asked the person why Enterprise would then send me $208, and they responded that after I received that check the $250 had been returned off my credit card. This is why I apparently "owe" them $250. Enterprise has no been no help in this process, and keeps directing me to Ms. McCorkle.
