We took our Jeep to the Lockport Il. Store for tire issue. When we got the car home we had a transmission issue. Of course, they claim no responibility. Their mechanic took it on the toll road, without consent. An independent transmission repair man claims the trans showed no signs of disrepair prior to this time. (clean fluids, etc). Ntb initially lied about the test drive.
Their customer service reps were rude and an embarassment to any business.
