I took my car in for a 30,000 mile service (Not to Kia) but to another ASE mechanic. I was informed that my Radiator was leaking. I took the car to Heritage Kia Dealer where I purchased it and was told the radiator did not leak.
After 3,000 miles I went to a differnet mechanic for an oil change and was told that my radiator was leaking. Again I was told it was not leaking by Heritage.
This went on for several months. At my 60,000 service, which I had done at Heritage Kia, I was again told my radiator did not leak.
I was called at work by the service manager and was told my water pump and timing belt were bad and needed to replace them. I was charged $700.00 for this, later I found that this was supposedly covered under warranty. Twice more I was informed by other mechanics that my radiator leaked. Finally at about 70 000 miles Heritage Kia admitted it is leaking, and said they would replace it but I would have to pay the labor on it as the warranty expired. So, I paid this. I want to get a refund. Should I sue?
