Bill Avrich comes across as a sincere and polite gentleman during his first initial contact with you, and then, if you have an issue with his company, he will call you every name in the book and hang up on you. It started when I got a written estimate from his web site which I have a copy of. I had also posted a deposit to get that price, which I got back.
He then told me that the quote was not enough and that he needed an additional $200 to get the job done. When I started asking him why he would advertise and agree to the quoted price, he called me every name in the book, told me to go f*k myself, and f*k the quote. And a few other choice words. I was nothing but kind to him and never even raise my voice. I just wanted to negotiate a fair price.
This guy is very unprofessional and shouldn't be in business. I can't believe that he would speak to someone the way he did with me. I have no doubt that he treats others the same way. I would be really upset if he would speak to my parents or spouse the way he did with me. He is disrespectful and he has some anger issues.
Do not do business with this guy. He doesn't deserve the time of day and should be on the corners begging for money. He is a low life and will only be nice to you if he is getting his way. Did you get abused when you were younger, Bill? You must have a great home life all by yourself, because I can't imagine anyone living with you. Get some help and get out of the business, before you cross the wrong person who will be knocking on your door and giving you what you deserve.
