Many have reported the same fraud! I had an unauthorized transaction to my credit union account 4/21/03. Just as we were preparing to move, $139.95 dissapeared from our account. The phone number to reach Premier Health Plus never would go though, I never received any info pertaining to this transaction and I never gave out my account number.
