I called Bill to get a shipment quote but got his answering machine, so I hung up and decided to call back. Before I could call back, Bill called me back and, in a very rude manner, demanded to know who I was and why I called him. I should have hung up at this point, but decided he might be having a bad day and to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I started to explain that I was wanting to get a quote to ship 2 vehicles across the country but did not have the exact dates yet. He then interrupted me and said that calling to get a quote was the worse thing I could do. (Really? Since when is doing research bad?)
I tried to finish my sentence, but he kept yelling over me, and told me to Shut the f*k up! It's a shame that his customer service skills are inexistent. His egregious behavior is a forewarning of the abuse one should expect when doing business with him.
