I have a delivery to Delray Beach then can haul your boat on the way to Minnesota. I can drop to your door for $850. Please confirm asap.

Bad news. The hauling truck is out of service with a blown motor on the way to Florida. I might be able to get a replacement in soon. I'll have a better idea after the weekend. Jim

Just wondering how it is going after all the snow. Also was wondering when you thought you mite be back in Wisconsin with the boat.
Jim burned up the transmission in his truck and has rented a uhaul to move his trailer to his other truck to finish the trip.
Jim should be in Ft Lauderdale on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Your boat is being picked up from Reel Deal Marine, Ft. Lauderdale and transported to Lacrosse WI. Next week.

This seems about right with you not to answer. Last week you said you would give back my money and should have not kept it this long without delivery and I gave you another week. If I do not here from you by the end of the week you will here from my lawyer and I am filling a consumer complaints along with contacting E-Bay. Some trucker you are you give them all a bad name. This E-Mail will be sent to everyone who bids on your items and knows James P. Tibbetts. My brother in-law is a trucker and he can't believe someone could do this.

Look again at the dates. You paid March 15th for the boat transport and then called several times every day for three weeks and then broke our contract on April 8th. I'll still work with you on a refund if you ar
reasonable but if proceed to create problems ie. Lawyers, law enforcement,
etc. You'll get nothing from me.
