Took my new used boat and outboard motor in because it was convenient to my home. Biggest mistake of my life! The owner named Jeremy Kell claimed he would have me fixed up and running in a week or so. This was a blatant lie and THREE MONTHS LATER I still did not have my boat back! After endless phone calls and allowing myself to be strung along (With ZERO results) I ended up going in and forcefully taking my boat back without him being there and going to another repair shop where the boat was fixed and purring like a kitten THREE DAYS later!
Jeremy had the gall to charge me over a thousand dollars for repairs he made but left me without a running boat! The ONLY RIGHT THING he did was to fully refund my money a few days later after I returned some parts to him. If you own a big boat with a car motor then this guy may be ok for you but don't take your outboard motor there as he has no idea how to troubleshoot properly! Would not recommend his shop to anyone.
