I drove to Offlease Only 2 day's ago and decided to check out a few different 2007 Grey Convertible BMW 328i. I've been checking cars on this website for months and their prices are great. So I finally drove 3 in a half hours from Orlando FL, to check this dealership out and the few cars I was interested. I walk into the main lobby/20 agents in one room/people waiting around. No one greats me so I work my way into a man in the center of the room and and ask him if someone can help me. He points out to this sales man call Tom. For helps me but in a way that he is in a rush to get my SS out me and personal information with out even showing me the car, test driving it or anything in that matter. Ok so I provide him with all my information to submit the loan amount. He takes the paper work to some lady in a office then comes out and tells me it will take 2 hours to find out if you are approved or not. I look at him and ask him if he is joking and he says "no, go get something to eat and come back" I am like are you serious. He responds yeah it can take even longer. So I wait like a dummy for 2 hours and 30 minutes before he comes back and tells me I was declined form 4 banks and he's waiting to here from one more bank. I knew it was BS all along because I've never been declined from any bank. So I tell him how much longer he says I don't know but I have more customer waiting for me so just sit and wait because I am loosing customer while I am here talking to you. I was very upset and walk up to his manager and asked him if I really have to wait 2 hours to here back for an approval and he replied yes it can take up to 3 hours but an approval should be a yes or no but he will try to find what's going on with my paper work. He send someone else to find out for him. Another gentle comes out and tell me the same thing that I have to wait. I tell him that I have to drive 3 hours back home and I am not waiting anymore. 2 days later Tom calls me with great news supposedly. He tells me my interested rate that I got approved for and how much my down is which was $2,500 but he can't tell me how much my monthly car payment is that some the finance department will call me back in 30 minutes. I then wait for 3 hours and no one calls me back. I call him back and ask him to cancel everything because I feel like he's is playing with me. He replies back that they haven't called me because they need proof of income and then she will call me back and hangs up on me. 5 minutes later this young lady calls me by the name of Kelly supposedly in the finance department and tells me a very high interest rate with a very high monthly payment and telling me I need to put down $3,000 which Tom had told me $2,500 down. At the end of it all she tells me this is all an estimate. I told her to cancel everything and that I don't want to make any business with their company and to transfer me to Toms manager because I need to speak to him. She puts me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up because they are all a joke.
This whole experience has been a huge joke and these people are not professionals at all. They are ghetto and don't care about customer service. You can tell these people just want your money. Plus their cars have been in accidents and that was told to my face from TOM him self while trying to convince me not to pick another car.
Please don't be mislead by their prices it's all a joke. I am so glad i didn't purchase a car from their and i hope you don't make that mistake. Good luck in your car search but this place is not for you! Trust me. Thank you for reading my experience.
