The customer service at Off Lease Only is the worst I have ever experienced. As the reviewer stated before, they ask you to fill out the survey as you are sitting right next to them. My sales person even went as far as to tell me to give him a perfect review even after having me wait 2 hours to even bring the car out for me to test drive it, and another two hours to review finance options. They make you go through their financing because this is how they make their money, and they do not disclose any information to you about interest rates or options until the very end after they have switched over you insurance and pushed you in a corner of no return. And then they will try to come back with high interest rates which cancels out the low price that you think you are getting. Oh and good luck with getting your car detailed after the sale as they promise. Once your sales person has made their commission off of your sale they move on and do not look back. They can care less about your detailing because it is not money in their pocket. Customer service in now non existent at off lease. I have purchased 4 cars in my lifetime and this was the very worst customer service experience.
