I came to my friend's house to bring a bicyle in my car. As soon as I got inside of his apartment, I heard the alarm of my car go off. I run to see from the window of the apartment and I saw my car being towed. All this happen within 10 minutes. I run out and could not catch the towing truck. When I finally contacted them to find out in which garage my car was in, I was told I had to make an appointment to get my car out. The appointment that was given to me was aterhours which I had to pay more. Four (4) hours passed by from the time my car was towed to the time the appointment was given to me, and I was charged almost $400. That is outrageous!!!
