Undelivery of Parcel from US

Hello,

My buddy has delivered a package (water layer) from US through USPS to bangalore on 6th sep. As of this moment the standing of package display “item delivered to customs”

For That previous seven days, the standing hasn't been transformed. I don’t have any more improvements. How do you monitor this more. I badly need my water layer because it was pouring in bangalore alomost everyday.

Please help me within this respect.
