I have received several Express Mail packages and on every occasion which Peter Montero is the delivery person. I have complained of rude behavior and the fact he will not deliver to my door. Every other carrier has been polite and delivered to my door. Furthermore when I spoke to David in consumer affairs of the CT office I received not good customer service. He called me back after taking my complaint and speaking with Peter but that conversation gave me pause. He stated that he spoke with Peter and told me the policy. However when I asked questions about that policy and about the complaints I made he remained silent. So I asked again for him to answer my questions. His response was that he could not answer me because I spoke to him. Evidently, he blames the consumer when he is unable or unwilling to answer his or her questions. Finally, my problem was never resolved and I am now going with Fedex.
