I had called on 9/6 to file a claim for a rental car which is what I was told to do by Crown Chrysler Dodge of Greensboro NC because my 2008 Pt Cruiser was in Shop with Brunt Valves which is replaced under Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. However I got no where they said we won't pay for rental so I continued to call and On 9/9.

I was told by Gabby she would see would she could do since it is a Warranty Issue and call me back. I called her 6 different Times and everyone that keep answering said she is on the phone and will call you back, she never called back. I called dealership they said I would have to handle through Chrysler but how can I if I'm suppose to only talk with Gabby who is my claims rep and want return my calls. So I called back Monday Sept 12 Finally after holding for over 16 mins I get Gabby for her to see were not paying for your rental. I told her that was unacceptable. She said I appologize I'll have a manager call you an 1 hour. That was at 2:00pm eastern time it is 4:25pm eastern time, have not heard from anyone but the dealership calls my husband to say Chrysler wont pay for the rental. You've been in 8 days b/c we had to order your part which took 4 days to arrive and then 5 days to get startted on and 6 days till ready. And the day it was ready was told b/c it's Saturday wait till Monday 9/12 to pick up car so the rental can be covered through good faith Warranty so what is wrong with this picture.

1st off, Customer Service is Horriable they don't call you back they avoid your calls and it's just not good business and the sad part is this is the 2nd brand new car I've bought from them. 1st one was great no problems this one has been a real Lemon. Everyone can't believe how many times it's been in shop. I bought brand new and it has been in shop 4 times 3 times with less than 36,000 miles on it with no rental those 3 times either. I just can't believe the customer service issues. I've done customer service 15 years if you say your going to call back you call back. If you say a manger will call you back in a hour a manager calls you back and if this is a issue between Chrysler the Warranty carrier and Dealership they should handle it not the customer.
