Ethos insurance sold insurance in Michigan without a valid license. They were told to stop and everyone who bough the insurance had no valid car insurance. After contacting Ethos they then told me to fax over all the paper work I had and they would issue me a refund check within 10 days. This was at the end of May and I call every two weeks and MAYBE get ahold of someone and they say the check has been mailed out. They then disconnected their phone number for awhile only to then change it the only way now I can get ahold of someone is to call Don Diamond personally only for him to then lie to me telling me it has been mailed out. This company has to be stopped if anyone else is in the same situation please call Don Diamond at 1-832-640-5722, we all deserve our money that they fradulently took from us
