Stay away! FAILED to deliver on promises and FAILED to COMMUNICATE AT ALL

Classe rentals never delivered on their promises in renting a car as advertised, nor would they return any correspondence when I tried to contact them I first contacted classe rentals on Friday August 12 to attempt to rent a Corvette z06 for my birthday. They advertise themselves as being a broker to rent out high end amenities to consumers in the Austin area, so I was excited to find an establishment that would rent me a corvette for my birthday. I called around 5pm on Friday, August 12 to book the corvette. When the employee of classe answered the phone, he sounded like he was in a hurry, but took some time to answer all my questions.

At this point, all seemed to be well. I gave him my contact information and asked for him to send the rental agreement over to book the Corvette. He assured me that he would before he left for the day. The weekend passed and Monday came around, I still had not received anything from the employee I spoke to.instead of calling to find out where things stood, I decided to wait 24 hours to followup assuming they were running behind or that something perhaps had come up. I waited all day Monday, Auguest 15, for them to call or email like they said they would... They did not. Finally, I decided to call on Tuesday, August 16. It had been 4 days since we had talked, so I assumed we would be able to work something out.

First of all, I called them during their posted business hours and no one would answer the phone... Ever.instead of calling over and over repeatedly, I would wait an hour and try to call again. I did this all day throughout the day on Tuesday to no avail. I did leave a message once or twice on Tuesday, August 16 as well. Finally, the employee from "classe" called me back. He told me that he had something come up over the weekend and then he PROMISED me that he would email me the rental agreement that night. You guessed it, Wednesday, August 17th rolls around... No rental agreement. Despite his insistance that he would send out the necessary paperwork, nothing was ever sent. Now, with the weekend nearing, I needed to line up my plans, so I called again throughout the day trying to get in touch with someone. I called repeatedly off and on throughout Wednesday, August 17... No one ever returned my call. I text messaged the number I had, (which given the employees conversation seemed to be a cell phone number) asking for them to call me at their earliest convenience. Again, August 18th, I called all day, calling over 20 times during their posted business hours trying to get ahold of someone to solidify my plans for the weekend.in addition, I emailed them in the morning as well. Not once did they email or respond to my inquiries. All my messages have been extremely polite. I have not been rude with them one single time. My messages have simply and kindly asked for them to return my call so that I could solidify my plans for this weekend. Obviously, they never did call me back.

The customer service of classe rentals has been terrible! I want others to know about this so they don't have their weekend plans ruined like I did. Because of their incompetence, I have been forced to change my birthday plans for this weekend and find something else at the last second. The experience has been terrible and other consumers should know about how poor their service is.
