Same as other 2 reports I have found on this company; promised $7500 in exchange for "insurance premium" of $715 Western Union fee of $54 (?).

I have spoken to "Scott English" several times. The first time was to secure the loan, on July 26, with return faxes for Driver License, etc. After 5 days, I was able to come up with the $715 and sent it to them. This was on a Friday.

He told me that the funds should be "in my account" by Saturday. When they were not, I tried calling him back on Monday. No Answer.

I finally got ahold of him on Tuesday, July 31. He said "give me a hour; I will Check." After 3 hours, he had not called back, so I called him.

He said that the lender had done a credit check on me and wanted another $715. I said "bologna, " why didn't you do a credit before I ever sent you the money? No good answer for that one. I then said I wanted an immediate refund. I was told it would take up to 30 days; this was "company policy." I asked which company, yours or the lender; again, no good answer. I told him, this sounds like a scam, he said "no, it's not a scam, " I then told him do whatever it takes, and hung up.

I didn't hear anything back from him, so I called back on the 15th of August. He told he was able to push it and the funds would be in my account by the 31st. When they were not, I tried calling all Labor Day weekend, and their phones seemed to be (conveniently) not working. I finally got hold of him on Wednesday, Sept. 4. He told they had been "little behind in processing" refunds, but that it would be in my account by That next Tuesday. Guess what?

I couldn't reach him on Tuesday or Wednesday, and when I talked to him on Thursday (finally), he said the funds would be in my account "tomorrow (Friday the 14th). Well, here we are, Monday, Sept. 17, and still no money. I have tried already this morning to call about 10 times.

I wish I had run across this website before I sent the money. It would have been very big in my deciding NOT to send them the money (which, by the way, was sent to a person in Toronto).
