We'd a scheduled appointment for support the specialist never arrived we named about one hour after our planned period plus they advised us they couldnt think it is and noone approached us. The specialist stated he couldnt get the handle. We named one-call centre and talked with somone called Tyrie and he hung-up in my own encounter when requested to talk to a boss. I called back and another specialist called Douglas responded the pphone and he wasnt very useful he was really rude I requested to talk to his boss and he explained no. Then he set me on-hold and stated he was buying boss. He returned and explained there have been no administrators within the building with no supervisors I questioned him how can they operate a company with noone in control he simply stated theres noone there to consult with me I questioned him to consider another supervisor we returned and forth I screamed and he hung-up in my own experience. That is really unprofessional and disrespectful I settled my cash to get a mover the specialist didnt come and that I shouldn't have now been treated like this. I truly experience anything ought to be completed about that.
