The client support at Linders hurts!!! Girls who work-there are friends plus they protect each others shells!!! We'd difficulties with our loveseat and that I named in customer support to obtain a specialist out to determine it. I'd to hold back fourteen days for a scheduled appointment. Once the evening arrived no body turned up and that I was informed by customer support that I never put a require a specialist. And so I requested to talk to customer support and that I got hung-up on! I called back 3 additional occasions and that I kept getting hung-up on after I might request to talk to the supervisor in control. I had been eventually transferred to some Bertha's voicemail. I expected her to please contact me back the moment feasible and that I didn't obtain a call-back. Once I had been ready to achieve her I show her how this so-called veronica woman handled me without any regard, offered me perspective, and held holding on me. Bertha wasn't supportive, apologetic, or something!!! She simply stated she'd keep in touch with Veronica and he or she offered me the following visit readily available for the specialist. Customer Support in shops was excellent however the real Customer Support outside the shops pull!!! If it wasnt for this type of good specialist who had been useful and comprehension I'd be returning my product! If Linders really wants to develop customers-they want to get gone their customer support group. Girls at customer support are friends and protect each others shells!!! They're all BiTCHES!!!
