I purchased a 1997 Dodge neon from Carmax, everything went well for the first year however during a rainy period i found my car flooded, after further investigation I found that the car had been hit in the right rear quarterpanel, I went to carmax with my finds and they advised me that they could do nothing about the damage and said they could not help me, it has been a year since this happened but i wanted to let everyone know what had happened to me
