I came to Usa Consumer Complaints.com to look up another company but glad I stumbled upon this one about Carmax. To think, I was going this weekend to Carmax in Roseville, CA to buy a vehicle. After reading all the negative reports about it here; I'll stay local and deal with the stealerships here.
