August 3.2011 I brought my car to the dealer for a simple repair. The car was to be ready at 2pm I called at 3pm the receptionist was rude and nasty told car not ready. The service guy called at 4pm said car just going in. I then received a call around 4:45. My car was in accident. The service people very evasive and not giving any information. They have been difficult, and there have been 2 appraisals on the car both over $6,000.00. I have concerns about safety and depreciation of my vehicle. I got the police report and found tech had a suspended license and was ticketed for that and also careless driving. I do not want the car back and feel they should replace my vehicle under these circumstances. They have treated me like this was my fault go figure!!!
