From NY broke down in NJ, they did not fix the total problem, they let me drive my car away from the dealership when it was unable to pass NY inspection, passenger side tire was falling off.
It took 2 full weeks for them to do what another non hyundai dealer did in 2 days.
The destroyed my axel because they were to lazy to use a hydraulic press, instead they tried to press it by cranking on nut and stripped the axel.
Charged $2100 for repairs, trade in value of car $ which was unnoticed by the dealer.
Charged for a rear brake service that does not apply to disc breaks, which are on my car, it is a drum break service and my car does not have drum brakes, also the rear breaks were not cleaned or replaced.
Had to have most of work redone. Paying another $900 to get the car to pass inspection.
Did not notice obvious flaws that would make the car unsafe to drive.
They didn't care that my life could possibly be in danger by allowing me to drive the car back to NY with the passenger side wheel the way it was.
Where there should have been 3 charges 5 were made, to pad profit.
I will fax anyone who asks a copy of the invoice to see if they are able to make sense of it.
