I bought an scooter/moped from this company, over one month ago, i was told the MCO (Manufactures Certificate of Origin) would be sent out to me whitin a week, iy has been well over a month, they are not answering their phones and won't reply to my messages, i have tried everything possible to make contact with them, but i havent heard from them. With out the MCO i cant register the scooter/moped which makes it uselless since its sitting in my parking lot for over a month. Not fair.
