Bought a 150cc moped (model XY150T) in the beginning of May. Received it at the end of June with damaged parts. Contacted the customer service right away, but no replacement parts have been received as they should have been covered by warranty. I do not expect to receive them any more since it's been almost about 2 months.
Moped ran for a month with a great trouble of adjusting Engine Idle screw. Engine idle was 4000rpm. Couldnot lower down to normal value of (800rpm to 1200 rpm). Manual was totally incomplete with extremely hard-to-follow instructions.
Now, after a month, another problem showed up. The rear brake stopped working, plus oil leakage is showing up underneath the vacuum pump. The horn does not work at all. As a brand new moped, the customers don't expect their item to go bad in a month.
I got entranced from their free shipping deal. Had I known that I would receive a bad product for a free shipping, I would have never bought an item from them. Never fall into their free shipping policy. This was my 2nd moped upgrading from my old 50cc to 150cc. I should have bought from the same old dealer from california than this worst Texan dealer.
One more thing, if you ever need replacement parts from this dealer, they do not supply and you do not find the parts anywhere in the Unites States. Just check their website. So pretty much, like me you will also be f... Up if you happen to buy from them. My $950 went in vain. Now, I am scratching my head at my back yard with a back sprain trying to fix this moped (supposedly a brand new! Huh!).
