I purchased a moped from Jade Moon on 04/02/10. Was explained of the importance of oil change, and I had that done in the correct manner, shortly there after had to have carbeurator clean on 04/28/10 by the above. The moped ran for a week or two and from then on had to purchade several parts, ignition coil, fuel pump, carbeurator, belt auto choke plug, all purchased from above place with no return or no guarantee. I had someone else working on the moped because I had a problem getting it back over 35 miles from where I live. This is only a portion of what was purchaded including labor. I paid the same amount in parts and label as I did for the moped. Finally after running into another problem, the moped only ran good for about a month after I purchased it, I called to inform tech. That moped would not start again after having it fixed 2 weeks prior. I was to bring it in and they would look at it make me an offer and be done. Well I am not a tech., and a desperate woman I was offerd pennies for the moped, let alone it would not start, and sadly I had to take those pennies to try and compensate for all of my loss! I was not expecting to return the moped for repairs in such short time. I did not feel that i had a leg to stand on. I had to settle!
