I purchase my 1998 Dodge Neon in 03/1998 brand new. From 1999 until 2004 I have been having problems with a bad oil leaks. My car was in the shop 3 times or more for a crank head gasket in 1999. Chrysler was rude and very unprofessional about the situation. They did not want to give me a renter car, until I told them I was going to take them to court. I have been having a very bad oil leak from 1999-03.
Chrysler do not believe in working with you. I have spend so much money on that car and the oil leak. I started running behind on my payments and Chrysler came and repo the car, and is now trying to make me pay $1400 to get the car back. I only owe $900, and the car would have been mines. If I did not have to keep trying to get the car fix I could have made my last 2 payments.
Chrysler also knew I was on a fix income, sick, and that I used that money for repairs on the car. They are only for themselves. They will talked sweet to you so you can buy the car, but when things go wrong and you asked them for help, they do not hear you. That car was my only way of transportation for me & the kids. I even offer Chrysler $900, so I can get the car back, but they said it's $1400 or nothing. Chrysler have even over charging me on my car payments, Try to take money over and over out of my checking account without my permission, and then they would charge me for this. I have been threw alot, I have bad health, and they are not making it anybody.
If the car was up to stardard from the start, I would have never had all those problems with the motor, and oil leaks. My car was repo over my last 2 car payments because of the car was not driveable and I had to get the motor work done. I call to make arrangements to make a payment, but it was to late. I can't afford to have them garnish my wages. I'm bearly paying my rent are feeding my kids already. Chrysler is very uncaring. If it's anyway you can help I would really appreciated.
