We have been harassed with not just a daily call, but with as many as 8-15 times a day, 7 days a week. Our recent payments have not changed the amount of phone calls and harassing visits.
As I write this letter – There is a payment they have not taken yet. Chrysler has taken these payments out of my wife’s bank account without authorization in the past. Now they will not take a payment when we have called them and told Chrysler Financial to do so.
I believe they are unwilling to take it because they can make money by taking the car and still make us pay the remaining balance. Chrysler has even hired people to knock at our door, trespass and peek into our windows. They will not give us any assurances that they will not take our car despite our recent payments.
