I ordered a transmission from them and received one in less than a week. Unfortunately it was not the one I ordered and was not compatible with my vehicle. I have been told by the sales rep Alan that they would pick up the transmission and refund my money but they have done neither. I have spoken with them several times per week for the last 30 days and they keep saying they'll take care of it but they have done nothing.
