Ok, this place is a complete rip off. Im not just a regular customer i know these guys personally, so please take my advice. Lets start with the receptionist. When ever you call to speak to management for whatever your problem is they always say can they take a message when they know the manager is right in his office not doing anything. Then management never returns your call that day or takes a long time to return it. The African American guy that works there i forget his name he's apart of management, but he is very disrespectful to customers. He might seem nice in the beginning just to get you n the car but watch how his attitude changes when you start having problems. Now the Dealership knows that when you come to them that 9 times out of 10 your credit is screwed and you have a hard time getting stuff in your name, like for example when you go to your regular name brand dealership point blank you will not drive off that lot unless your credit score is up to par with whatever that dealerships standards maybe. So basically the customers feelings are hurt about that (not all of you but the majority of you), so that when you guys come running to dealerships like falls church motors and end up getting rip off and treated badly all because you saw that advertisement in the paper or craigslist with that nice car saying put 3,000 down and drive off the lot the same day. It gets people every time. So since they know this they have you rite where they want you so they can charge you what they want. Ok so back to falls church motors, they get all there cars from the auto auction every week, Chris May (owner) buys them. When they come to the lot they look nice al give them that but dont let these looks fool you. When you taking a look at these care please bring somebody like a personal mechanic with you to look under the hood to save you time and lots of money. You have to keep in mind when dealing with salesmen, ok that is there career, its what putting food on there table so they will do anything and i repeat anything just to get you to buy that car. They dont care about your safety or any of that nice stuff they told you it just part of there job point blank they are con-artist in de skies. Now after you comment to buying a car you go in the office to close to most of the time it the two spanish ladies Naomi and Mya who does the closing now this is what most of the customers have a big misunderstanding cause what you (customer) and your salesmen talked about far as pricing wise is not what on those contract papers so just for example (not real prices just example) after the salesmen told you your car was going be 2,000 by the time you get to the back you find out it actually 6,000 you gotta pay after they done added all them warentys and taxes to your total cost. Which isnt worth it but since they no you pretty much have no choice your just goin breeze threw the papers. People please read every last one of them papers i mean every page even if you have to take it with you and come back because it some some stuff in there that sets you up for failure in the future. When they are explaining stuff to you the skip over pages and say this is all the same thing and this paper goes with that just to get you out of there office fast. Bottle line read everything if you have to go there. It more about this place so dont even bother with that place after what i just said
