I regularly shop at Walmart because their food prices are sometimes at a lower price than the local stores. They don't have everything I need but a lot of paper products and some food products are a lot less than other stores. The problem I have is at the register. The cashiers give bad service. They never say hello, how are you, or anything at all most of the time. They put a lot of stuff on top of the roller of bag carrier and expect you to put it in the basket without a bag. I get irritated because I end up bagging it myself and sticking it in the cart myself. The biggest problem I have is after they have added all the stuff up and stuck it in the bag all they do is roll the roller and you have to hurry like crazy to try to get the bags in your cart because they immedialy start other customers sales before I even have time to grab all my stuff. The worst part I find is that I say to these people, "Do I have all my bags". They always say yes you do. When you get home and start putting the stuff away you realize 1 or 2 bags are missing. I have to waste my time driving 10 miles each way back and forth to the store to get the items they cheated me out of. The customer service doesn't give you a hard time getting the products you weren't given, but I have to spend a lot of time driving back and forth and wasting gas because the cashiers don't care if the customer has all the proucts they bought. Sometimes they start giving my stuff to someone else and I have to yell out that is my stuff. If you look at the customer service area, they have 5 to 10 carts more of products to put away that customers got cheated out of. I am sure some are returns but when most of it is food that means they do this on purpose. They sell the products cheaper, cheat you out of products and hope you don't drive back to get them. They probably want you to think you weren't paying attention to it. Some people say forget it and don't go back. Please people watch these cashiers, they are getting irritating. I think this is poor customer service. If anyone else has this problem let people know.
