My son got a ticket to travel yesterday from Lanzarote/Spain to New York/USA, by IBERIA Airline, the fly was schedule for 11.45 am BUT in the way to the airport the car where my son was traveling was impacted for other car/hes mother, that was driving, suffer the impact and she can not drive because of the pain and her back and legs and my son had to take her to the hospital, by ambulance, and for this razon my son get around 11 am to the airport, and the IBERIA staff in the airport of Lanzarote/Spain did not help my son to get in to the fly and they CAN NOT gives a new fly, and they said.". You are as NOT SHOW UP"and lose the money and fly//y had made calls/to Iberia/and Delgado travel, the agency where y bought the tiket/12/15/12// here in NY and they toll me that we lost the ticket and the money, so PLEASE can you do something in this situacion? / Thank you so much.
