VK Direct Inc. Moved customer's vehicle form Miami to their Yard in Summit Illinois where it was supposed to be stored for a week until another car transport company transported vehicle to Great Falls, MT. While supposedly being stored in VK Direct's yard the vehicle was used for the entire week whereby 3 highway toll violations were incurred with fines totaling $61.00. Vehicle was damaged extensively during the week. Owners large dog was allowed in the car causing further damage inside the vehicle. VK Direct refused to submit a claim to their insurance company forcing a third party to file and attain a claim number. VK Direct fraudulently submitted a pre-inspection report showing damage upon pickup to attempt to avoid having a claim. Even when confronted with 3 toll violations the refused to acknowledge their responsibility to pay the claim. Customer has over $4,000 in outside damage due to VK Direct's use of vehicle while it was in their possession.
