'chrome' juan treminto "chrome" took my bumpers of which i paid in full and never returned bumpers or phone calls!

Chroma/ChromaBonito of West Covina, CA. Picked up bumpers at my house (paid in full) and haven't seen nor heard of since. Won't return phone calls. Totally "Ripped Off".
Shows up at the local swapmeets... Long Beach, Pomona and San Diego, California. Goes
by two names..."Chrome" and "ChromaBonito".
