Ordered new Sito exhaust system from Scootertronics for my Vespa motor scooter. Part arrived broken. Box had been opened, so they know they we're sending me a broken part. Sent numerous e-mails to owner, Mike Milstead as well a photos of damage, also called company at least ten times. No response. Finally, today after three weeks received very nasty e-mail from owner saying it was my problem and not his. I should have read the reviews of this company first. I'm now stuck with a broken exhaust. Never order or do business with this company! I learned an expensive lesson.
